As soon as I saw this was back up in PDF format I had to rec it here. This is on the same level as 300 things and one of my favourite fics ever. Especially for a certain scene in Sam’s kitchen. ;)
Camp switch fic and every intimate scene is just juicy. And Cas is just such a tease making Dean work for his love. You definitely don’t want to miss out on this one! The characterizations are amazing!
Even better is the art accompanying it by the great Daggomusprime!

Summary: Purged of all his souls, Castiel is a changed being, stronger than an angel and too powerful for Jimmy’s body to contain. Happily, there’s an archangel’s vessel on hand, and he could use fixing, too. Dean isn’t too happy about the idea of his brother acting as a vessel for Castiel, and Sam can guess why, but it isn’t until Castiel gets inside his head and they learn to share the vessel — and their thoughts — that Sam realises Cas is as in love with Dean as Dean is with him. It’s unfortunate that there’s nothing much to be done about it now, but Castiel will get another vessel soon. The Winchesters will make damn sure of that. In the meantime, it’s up to the three of them to establish their own strange accord, and Dean realises more fully than ever that it’s Castiel, and not his vessel, that he loves.
Warnings/Promises: This fic does contain character death (non-pairing). It does not contain Sam/Dean, Sam/Castiel, or Sam/Dean/Castiel. There is no oral-genital or genital-genital contact between Dean and Sam’s body; there is no making out. What Chris Has to Say: First let me say, that I was always going to rec this, cause everything Obstinatrix writes is beautiful and this is no different. I basically just said fuck paying attention in class so that I could read this fic and holy hell, it was worth it. All of the characters are perfectly in character and once again, Sam proves that he will always be one of the best things about Destiel fics. This goes alongside 300 Things as one of those must reads for any Destiel shipper.
Summary:Dean’s life at twenty-four makes him feel like he’s forty—he works two jobs to help pay bills for his house and put his genius little brother through private school, and has spent six years (on and off, let’s be honest) working on his mechanical engineering degree at KU. With so much of his life devoted to his family, Dean has little time in his schedule for class and no time for social interaction. Then, while getting his classes together for the fall, he finds himself in a do-or-die situation: He must take his last literature class now, his spring already filled with those left for his major…except that none of the English classes will fit his schedule.
This is how Dean grovels and begs Dr. Castiel Milton to make a special arrangement for him, and Dr. Milton does.

What Chris Has to Say: Ok, so, Jesus mother of fuck balls! (and yes, I did just make that up, deal with it) This fic had me captivated from the moment I sat down to read it. It’s long, but soooooo worth it. Everything is in character and I just…a very large part of me wishes that this could’ve been canon, but it’s not and eventually I will come to terms with that. So if you have a day off and need something to read, I highly recommend you sit down and make friends with this fic.
Also, little note, listen to the warning given by the author, they are there for a reason.
